You will be shown by internationally renowned Patissierre Yolande, how to use icings and decorations for cupcakes. You will then be taught different methods of piping .We will supply you with the cupcakes as well as all equipment needed

For the covering classes you need to bring a fruitcake This is an informative one-day foundation course, which covers many basic skills and includes: -
Preparation of your cake, covering in marzipan and sugar paste, explanations of the different marzipans / icings / dusts / colourings, Royal icing shell work, and basic writing. You will take home your decorated cake.6" round cake required. We sell rich fruitcakes, but please order in good time to make sure we have them( £8.60 for a 6” round)

This will consist of a demonstration of stacking a tiered cake and successfully tiering a cake with traditional pillars. After the demonstration, you will have the opportunity to emboss and pipe a sampler plaque with a variety of side designs suitable for your celebration cakes £30.00 (Deposit £15)

This one-day foundation course in sugar flowers covers all the basic techniques. You will make a carnation, roses and rosebuds, progressing onto cutter blossoms, pulled flowers and cutter flowers, wired rose leaves and small wired roses. You will learn to dust flowers and leaves. You will take home a simple wired spray
